• Mr. Jason JIANG Nanchun
  Chairman

  

  Jason JIANG is currently the Chairman of Focus Media. After graduating from the Chinese Department of the East China Normal University, Jason founded Focus Media in 2003 and he was the first Chinese to put forward the business idea of life-style media.
  In April 2006, Jason was named one of China’s Top 25 Most Influential Business Leaders by Fortune magazine. In February 2007, Jason received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award for Mainland China, the only such global award highly regarded in the business community. In November 2010, Jason was recognized by the 2010 APEA (Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Awards) as a Young Entrepreneur of the Year. It was the first time that the award ceremony had taken place in Mainland China. In March 2011, Jason was presented a grand award for his 30-year influence on Chinese advertising by China Advertising magazine. In January 2018, Jason received the 2017 Business Leader in a New Age Award. In January 2019, Jason Jiang was named one of China’s Top 10 Economic Figures in the Year of 2018 by People’s Daily.

• Mrs. KONG Weiwei

  Mrs. Kong Weiwei is a Chinese national, born in 1982. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management from Renmin University of China and a Master's Degree in Economics from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. Ms. Kong joined Focus Media in 2016 as Vice President. She has previously worked at the Research Department of Bank of China Fund, the Research Center of China Merchants Securities, and the Research Department of ICBC Credit Suisse Fund.

• Mr. Yin Ke

  Mr. Yin Ke is currently serving as a Non-independent director at Focus Media. He is a resident of Hong Kong, China, born in 1963, and holds a master's degree in economics from Zhejiang University. He currently holds positions including Senior Advisor of Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, External Director of Shandong Heavy Industry Group Co., Ltd., Non-Executive Director of Beijing Oriental Plaza Co., Ltd., Independent Non-Executive Director of Hui Xian Real Estate Investment Trust (HK.87001), and Independent Non-Executive Director of C-Mer Eye Care Holdings Limited (HK.03309).   Mrs. Hang Xuan is a Chinese national, born in 1984, and holds a bachelor's degree from Tianjin Foreign Studies University. She has been employed by Focus Media since November 2006 and currently serves as the Marketing Director of the Company's Marketing and Public Relations Department.

• Mr. Zhang Guanghua

  Mr. Zhang Guanghua is currently serving as an independent director of the Company. He is of Chinese nationality, born in 1957, and holds a Ph.D. in Political Economy from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics. He currently holds positions including Chairman of the Social Value Investment Alliance (Shenzhen), Independent Director of China International Marine Containers (Group) Co., Ltd. (SZ.000039), and Supervisor of SusallWave Sustainable Digital Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. Previously, he worked at the State Administration of Foreign Exchange and the People's Bank of China (Hainan Branch).   Cai Aiming is an Independent Director at Focus Media. He is of Chinese nationality, born in 1964, and holds a bachelor's degree in Chinese Language and Literature from Nankai University. He is currently the executive director and manager of Guozhifengwu (Beijing) Cultural Co., Ltd.,  and Vice President of the Film, Television, and Drama Branch of the China Workers' Cultural and Sports Association. Previously held positions including reporter and cadre of the Foreign News Department at Xinhua News Agency.

• Mr. Liao Guanmin

  Mr. Liao Guanmin is an independent director of the Company. He is a Chinese national, born in 1981, with a doctorate in management from the School of Business of Renmin University of China, and a national high-end accounting talent of the Ministry of Finance. He is currently a professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Business of Renmin University of China; he has served as a lecturer, associate professor, professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Accounting of Central University of Finance and Economics, an independent director of Jinzhou Kangtai Lubricant Additives Co., Ltd., an independent director of IAT Automobile Technology Co., Ltd., an independent director of Tangshan Jingyu Technology Co., Ltd., an independent director of Nanjing Keystone Technology Co., Ltd., an independent director of Three'S Company Media Group Co., Ltd., and an independent director of PTM Biolabs Inc.
